Questions
What counts as a card?
A word or phrase you keep, written up in full: its meaning, three example sentences and audio for each. Looking a word up is free. A card is made only when you add it.
Why “about”?
Some words take more work to write up than others, so the monthly number is a guide, not an exact count. A word Mneme already has a card for costs you nothing.
What if I run out before the month ends?
Lookups and reviews carry on as usual. New cards and writing reviews start again with next month’s allowance — or move up a plan.
Do unused cards carry over?
No. Each month starts fresh, and what you don’t use ends with the month.
Can I cancel?
Any time. A yearly plan is refunded in full within 14 days. A monthly plan is not refunded once charged.
What happens to my cards if I stop paying?
They stay. Your cards keep coming back for review and lookups stay free. Only new cards and writing reviews stop.
